I have a fully furnished room in a compound villa to share with executives. The room is private with attached bathroom. The Hall and Kitchen is shared. If you mind sharing the kitchen, please don’t bother. The Kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, a gas stove, 2 big fridges, an oven and dedicated cabinet space.  Regular cleaning is maintained for the common area. A grocery store is also available inside the compound. The house is in Retaj Gardens. A prime area of Abu Hamour.  Very close to Salwa road and Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor. 2 minutes to Carrefour in Dar Al Salam Mall. 5 minutes to Lulu Hypermarket Abu Hamour Branch.  Please refer to the pin located on the map for location. 3 months minimum staying required.
