20,000 spectators enter the Amir Cup final on December 18, Qatar National Day. Covid must be inspected before entering the stadium. Al Rayyan, one of the stadiums for the 2022 World Cup, will be inaugurated on December 18 to host the Amir Cup final. The match between Al Sadd and Al Arabi for the Amir Cup will be at 7.00 pm.
The number of spectators is limited by the Covid-19 protocol. Only one ticket per person. The ticket is linked to the Qatar ID so only the ID holder can enter. Ehteras should be shown at the entrance. Priority will be given to fans and health workers of both clubs. 50% of seats are reserved for Covid cured peoples.
Covid Test is Mandatory
It is mandatory to have a positive covid antibody test or a covid negative test to enter the stadium to watch the match. Dr. Abdul Wahab Al Musleh, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Information Systems, Hamad Medical Corporation, said that ticket holders should check before the competition to make sure they are covid Negative. This was decided by the Qatar Football Association and the Ministry of Public Health.
Strict restrictions
Keeping distance and wearing masks is mandatory on the Doha Metro, Karwa buses, inside the stadium and in the fan zone. You can only sit in the allotted places. The fan zone is open from 4.00pm to 6.00pm and again from 9.00pm until the end of the match.
Get on the Metro
Al Rayyan Stadium, with a seating capacity of 40,000, is being built near the Mall of Qatar. The stadium is within walking distance of Al Riffa Station on the Green Line of the Doha Metro.
