Brand new apartment at Ezdan 26, fully furnished. I am the first tenant, lived for 1.5month now. Looking for an interested party to take over the remaining 10month lease starting from August 1st, 2023 and ending on May 31st, 2024.

Ezdan requires 1-month of cash deposit which i have already paid QR4,000. If anyone is interested, you do not have to me or Ezdan a new deposit, we can continue with the deposit I have already paid as a deal to take over the lease.

Until Dec. 2023 rent is QR4,273/- per month which includes electricity and water. Starting from Jan. 2024 rent will be QR3,973/- per month and tenants have to pay according to their usage.
