Available Bedspace and Bedroom in Madinat Khalifa South (For Ladies Only)

There’s an available Bedspace or Bedroom for ladies only (other nationalities are welcome) in Madinat Khalifa South near Bin Omran, Bin Mahmoud, Landmark, Dafna Area, City Center, Shamal Road, Doha Festival and Mall of Qatar. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front.  If not, we have local shops nearby and near to Metro Messila Station through Metro Link as well. 

The flat is furnished including bed and wifi is included in the rent.  Utilities such as washing machine, fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave are included and other common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non-smoker, and not too noisy. 

The monthly rent depends on your requirement. Rent starts at QR 900 for Bedspace. The cut-off date will be every 5^th of the month. We require a copy of your Qatar ID or Passport, 1 month deposit, and half month advance.
