The room will be available from June 1st until end of August and suitable for single person.
The below conditions shall apply:
* Non-smoker
* Single Bachelor only – no family
* No pets
* Clean and organized person is a must
* Not a frequent cook is preferred
The monthly rent is 2800 plus 250 utilities (water, electricity, and internet).
