We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our fully serviced 3-bedroom apartment at Holiday Villa. The room is available from April 2023.

The apartment is modern furnished, and comes with a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and a large living/dining area. Washing machine and various kitchen appliances (toaster, blender, kettle, microwave) are already here waiting for you. The price 3900 QAR includes daily cleaning and room service (fresh towels & bedsheets, toilet paper). There are two main bathrooms, and one guest bathroom. So everyone has their own toilet.

Apartment has big windows and facing with the park view. Apart from the king size bed, a big wardrobe, a working desk, it has ample space for additional furniture if you wish to bring your own. The dedicated parking spot in the underground parking would be yours.

Some of the amenities of the Holiday Villa Hotel include a free-of-charge gym, outdoor pool, health club with spa, laundry service and 24-hour room dining. In addition, there are several restaurants/cafés, convenient stores, a barber shop. Many more dining and shopping options can be found closeby, e.g. several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
