Qatar’s Al Duhail will face Egypt’s Al Ahly on February 4, the first day of the FIFA Club World Cup. The draw for the teams took place in Zurich yesterday. Six major clubs, including Qatar, are in contention.
The first match will be between Tigres UANL and South Korea’s Ulsan Hyundai on February 4 at 5.00pm local time at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium. Al Duhail and Al Ahly will meet at Education City at 8.30pm.
The match will be played on February 7 between the winner of the Coneball final on the 30th of this month and the winner of the Tigres-Ulsan Hyundai match. The winner of the Al Duhail-Al Ahly match will face FC Bayern Munich. The final will be played on February 11 at the Education City Stadium.
Ticket sales for Visa card holders to watch club matches began yesterday. Tickets are in 3 categories. Tickets for the first category range from 70 to 300 riyals. The rates for the second category range from 30 to 150 riyals and for the third category from 10 to 70 riyals.
