• We have multiple, 4 bedrooms (Room

A,B,C & D) furnished apartments with common kitchen. Master bedroom with attached bathroom (Room A), 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom (Rooms B&C) and a bedroom with dedicated bathroom and a balcony (Room D)

• Only a person is allowed in each bedroom in order to maintain privacy and to keep the apartment less crowded.

• Common kitchen is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, cooking range & a microwave oven.

• Rent amount includes water, electricity & internet (WIFI) charges.

Rents vary from room to room, the rent amount mentioned is for rooms with sharing bathroom.

Cleaning will be provided for the common areas including bathrooms & kithen every week.

You can have your room too cleaned, laundry picked, in house cook facility upon request.

• Notice period while leaving is 1 month before end of the month.

Refundable deposit will be one month rental amount which can be paid in 2 or 3 installments.
