§  Respond to customers via email, WhatsApp and online chat boxes.

§  Recording the details of customer information, inquiries, comments and complaints, as well as the actions taken to resolve any issues.

§  Answer incoming phone calls

§  Provide information about company products or services; take or cancel orders; collect deposits, payments or make billing arrangements; refer unresolved grievances to the proper company departmental specialist; and provide refunds, bill adjustments or exchanges.

§  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

§  Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.

§  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

§  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

§  Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

§  Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

§  Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

§  Managing a customer service representative.

§  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


§  Accommodation and transportation provided

§  Working hour 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 22:00 with one day off per week

Skills & Experience


 Bachelor’s Degree

 Good English communication skill in both speaking and writing

 Skilled in computer technology and software.

 Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

 Prefer Philippines female candidates
